At Glamify, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Glamify account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
